CASP-R is a niche advisory firm. It reflects and embodies the need for a truly independent team of advisers whom a business can call upon to obtain completely impartial advice, and where necessary achieve best value and service from the real estate, construction and facilities services industry.
1 – We don’t act as leasing agents (but we do identify the best agent for your deal and then manage the commercial relationship on your behalf).
2 – We won’t try to cross-sell you all our services (it’s very unlikely that you will need them all).
3 – We don’t require a term contract (you probably won’t need us all the time).
As such, we tend to appeal to the client who is looking for a bespoke service and a trusted relationship based on what this flexibility and independence enable us to do. We appreciate this may not be your current approach, but we believe that it will be a growing trend that you may well, at some stage, benefit from.
For our clients, our aim is to provide privileged access to thought leadership and experience, the right suppliers and best value.
