Marcus Bowen
Marcus is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 22 years of experience as a consultant in the real estate industry, focusing on corporate occupiers and investors.
Before joining CASP-R in Hong Kong, he was (Interim Management) Head of Asia, Corporate Property for Prudential Corporation Asia, (600+ units, 5m sq. ft.), working from Seoul to Jakarta.
Prior to working in Asia, Marcus was a Partner of GVA Grimley, based in London, where he co-founded the company's Strategic Property Consultancy and Systems Consultancy (IT solutions in real estate).
Marcus' main strengths lie in analysing a business' current and future requirements of the real estate 'industry' and devising change plans to sustainably deliver best practice and business plan objectives.
His wide expertise comes from working for a diverse group of commercial and public sector organisations, on activities ranging from outsourcing facilities services contracts to organisational reviews, from co-ordinating large due diligence teams to advice on overseas investment projects.
Marcus is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (1989) and British Institute of Facilities Management (1990). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, MBA in Construction and Real Estate and RICS Diploma in Project Management. He is a member of Corenet Global (HK Chapter).
