Amélie Delaunay
Amelie is senior real estate professional with more than 8 years' experience in the real estate industry. Having spent most of her career as a consultant, Amelie's experience has primarily been in advising and assisting corporate end users in matters ranging from real estate strategy, to sale and lease back of real estate portfolios. Amelie also has in-depth experience working with investors across multiple asset classes and global markets.
Amelie's expertise is in strategic analysis, real estate consulting and transaction management. Prior to joining CASP-R, Amelie worked for AOS-Studley in Shanghai. In this role she was responsible for scoping requirements for real estate consulting services, as well as in assisting with the day-to-day tenant representation and project management for international clients.
Before relocating to Asia, Amelie worked in France for Ernst & Young and Icade Conseil. She was in charge of various consulting engagements including due diligence, advising on M&A transactions, providing strategic analysis, i.e. market surveys, comparative studies, benchmarking, organisation policies and procedures in real estate services and real estate outsourcing. In one of the major projects Amelie worked on, she held a leadership role advising France Telecom in the sale and lease back of its real estate portfolio, valued at €3.5 billion. Additionally, she was involved in creating Generali Immobiliare - a European investment real estate SPV for Generali Insurance Group; and Carrefour Property - Europe's leading commercial real estate company.
Amelie holds two post-graduate degrees in Real Estate Management, Town Planning and Geography from Sorbonne University, and is in a process of becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Amelie is fluent in English, French and has good command in Mandarin.
